Downloading All Your Data

Go to Settings → Billing and click Export All Data. Veluvanto will prepare a ZIP archive containing all your documents and associated data.

When the archive is ready, you will receive an email with a download link. Click the link to download the file to your computer.

Deleting Your Account

Go to Settings → Billing and click Delete Account. A confirmation screen appears — type the word DELETE in the text field to confirm you understand this action is permanent. Then click Confirm Delete.

Your account then enters a 24-hour waiting period. If you change your mind, contact support within those 24 hours to cancel the deletion. After 24 hours, all your documents and data are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
