Connect with external services

Czech Data Box (Datová schránka / ISDS)

Connect your Czech government data box so that new incoming messages are automatically imported into Veluvanto as documents.

How to connect your data box

Go to Settings → Integrations. Under the Czech Republic section, click Add Account next to Datovka. Enter a display name for this connection (e.g. 'Company data box'). Enter your ISDS username (the 6-character ID) and password. Tick Auto-import if you want new messages imported automatically.

Click Test Connection to verify your credentials. If the test succeeds, click Save. The connection is now active.

Syncing messages

Once connected, Veluvanto automatically checks for new messages in the background. To sync immediately, find the connected account in the list and click the refresh icon next to it.
