Settings
Customize Veluvanto
Changing the Theme
Go to Settings → General. Under Appearance, click Light, Dark, or System to switch between themes. System follows your computer's current display mode. The change takes effect immediately.
Changing the Language
Go to Settings → General. Under Language, click English or Čeština. The interface switches immediately. Your language preference is saved and will be remembered the next time you sign in.
Setting Up Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications. You will see a list of notification types with toggles next to each one. Turn on the types of notifications you want to receive by email.
Available notifications include: reminders (when a document deadline is approaching), workflow completions (when an automated workflow finishes), and system alerts.
Managing Tags and Entities
Go to Settings → Taxonomy to manage the tags and entities used across your workspace. From this screen you can:
- Create a new tag — click Add Tag, enter a name, choose a colour, and click Save.
- Create a sub-tag — click the arrow next to an existing tag to add a child tag underneath it (for example: Invoices → Supplier Invoices).
- Merge duplicate entities — if the same company appears under two slightly different names, select both and click Merge.
- Delete a tag — click the bin icon next to the tag. The tag is removed from all documents.
Setting Your Timezone
The timezone setting is used when scheduling workflows. For example, if you create a workflow that runs 'every Monday at 9:00 AM', Veluvanto uses your selected timezone to determine the correct local time.
Go to Settings → General. Under Timezone, select your timezone from the dropdown. To detect your timezone automatically from the browser, click the refresh icon next to the dropdown. Click anywhere outside the dropdown to confirm the selection — it saves automatically.
Audit Log
The Audit Log records every action taken in your workspace: who uploaded a document, who deleted it, who changed a member's role, and when. This is useful for tracking activity and resolving any disputes about what happened to a file.
Go to Settings → Audit. You will see a list of events in reverse chronological order (newest first). Each entry shows the date, user, action type, and the affected item.
Use the filters at the top to narrow the list: filter by action type (e.g. upload, delete, login) or by resource type (e.g. document, workspace). You can also search by a specific file name or user email using the search box.
