Never miss an important date

Setting a Reminder on a Document

Open the document you want to be reminded about. Click the Info tab. Scroll down to the Reminders section and click Add Reminder. A date picker appears — select the date you want to be reminded on. Optionally type a short note to remind yourself what action is needed. Click Save.

If the AI detects a deadline in the document (for example an invoice due date), it may suggest a reminder automatically. A notification will appear — click Confirm to accept the suggested reminder, or Dismiss to ignore it.

Viewing Your Reminders

Upcoming reminders appear on the Dashboard under the Upcoming Reminders heading. Reminders that are past their due date are shown in red so they stand out.

Marking a Reminder as Done

Once you have taken care of the item, open the reminder on the Dashboard and click the checkmark button. The reminder disappears from the list. If you need to review resolved reminders, open the document and check the Info tab.

Email Notifications for Reminders

To receive an email when a reminder is due, go to Settings → Notifications. Turn on the Reminders toggle and choose how far in advance you want to be notified (for example: one day before the due date). Click Save.
