What is the AI Assistant?

The AI assistant is a conversational helper that knows all your documents. Instead of searching for a document and reading it yourself, you can simply ask a question in plain language and the assistant will find the answer for you.

What Can You Ask?

• 'How much did we spend on electricity last year?'
• 'When does the lease agreement with Company X expire?'
• 'Show me all invoices that have not been paid yet.'
• 'What does the cancellation clause in our insurance policy say?'
• 'List all contracts signed in 2023.'

Where Do the Answers Come From?

Every answer includes citations — links to the exact documents the AI used. Click any citation to open the source document and verify the information yourself.

Conversation History

Your previous conversations are automatically saved. Click AI Assistant in the sidebar to see a list of past conversations on the left side of the chat screen. Click any conversation to continue it.

To start a fresh conversation, click the New Chat button at the top of the chat screen.
