Import
Automatic document import
Finding Your Workspace Email Address
Go to Settings (gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar). In the settings navigation, click Import. Under the Upload via Email heading you will see the dedicated email address for each of your workspaces.
Copy the address and use it as the destination when forwarding documents by email. Any email sent to that address — with a document as an attachment — will be imported and analysed automatically within a minute.
Importing Emails Automatically (IMAP)
If you want Veluvanto to check your email inbox regularly and import attachments automatically, go to Settings → Import. Scroll to the IMAP Import Sources section and click Add New Source.
Fill in your email server details: host (e.g. imap.gmail.com), port (usually 993), your email address, and your password. Select the folder to monitor (the default is INBOX). Choose the workspace where imported documents should appear. Click Test Connection to make sure the settings are correct, then click Save Source.
Once saved, Veluvanto checks your inbox periodically and automatically imports any new email attachments it finds.
Czech Data Boxes (Datová schránka)
If you use the Czech government data box system (ISDS), you can connect it to Veluvanto so that incoming messages and their attachments are imported automatically. See the Integrations section for step-by-step setup instructions.
Copying the Upload Email Address
Go to Settings → Import. Under Upload via Email you will see the dedicated email address for each workspace. Click the copy icon (two overlapping squares) to the right of the address to copy it to your clipboard. You can then paste it wherever you need it — in your email client, a colleague's message, or a note.
